Here's a good NCAA (football) trivia question for you all.
Name the winningest program that has never won a national championship.
No tricks, minimum 50 years or more in existence.

Going to try the Ivy League.
Yale.
I am guessing Harvard and Princeton won a national championship a hundred plus years ago ???

No, and no.
Here's a hint that'll make it easy on you all.
Between 2005 and 2007, this team went 33-5, and in that three-year span still didn't win it all.

And you'd be correct.
In 1988 they came really close, 11-1, the only lost was to Notre Dame in the Fiesta.
If they won that game, they would have been nation champions.
In 1993 they went 11-1, finished third in the final poll.
Rich Rodriquez did a great job there.
Not for nothing.
#2 on the list is Va. Tech
#3 Wisconsin
