Deposit is credited but guess what... u guessed it, no bonus. after an hour with customer service they have no answer other than " your $20 deposit was not eligible for any bonus". BULLSHIT!! Its an emailed promo fucknut.

Did they give you any reason it was not eligible?

Below minimum deposit amount? Meant for new accounts only?
