Eagles are -2. It's a head-scratcher. I can't imagine that the Eagles will have that much of a personnel edge.

Yes, I would rate this as a tough one:

*PHI: doinks the 50yd FG off the upright. Still 13-13.

*BAL: Tucker loosening up. Only a few seconds left, Jones is sent out to throw one or two downfield passes. BTW, Balt is OUT of timeouts.
...Jones holds the ball and takes a sack. Fumble TO with only :12 left.

NFL Exhib is a joke. I could see them paring it down to 2 games (on top of a few scrimmages).

These teams can't risk an injury. I could actually see the Reg Season going up to 18 games. Could also see the # of playoff teams going up to 8 (per Conf).

Brandon Lang was on Ravens from what I read. As soon as you see what he's on, it's best to bail immediately. For the life of me I cannot see how to properly cap preseason with scrubs on the field. To each their own.
