Keep an eye on this Chicago White Sox game tonight.
White Sox lost their franchise high 15th consecutive game last night.
    Will tonight be the 16th?

I don't mean to insult when I say this, but all five Chicago pro teams are pathetic, and have been for years now.
A mega major market such as Chicago you would think would have at least one team at the very least be a contender for at least one title.

White Sox and Cubs have been putrid for years now.
When were the Bulls relevant since Jordan left?
The Bears have been sucking ass since the Super Bowl Shuffle 40 years ago.

I had to research this, since the Blackhawks won the Stanley Cup ten years ago, they have missed the playoffs entirely six of ten years of the four years they did make the playoffs they were bounced three times in the first round and got bounced in round two the other time.

    How is this possible?
In a league (NHL) where virtually half the league makes the playoffs, a major market like Chicago misses the post season 6 times in ten years, and advances to round two just once in a decade.

    Pathetic.

          Thanks Nash.

"Let's play two" hasn't been heard in Chicago since 1967.

Making people watch two White Sox games in one day should be a human rights violation.

Nasher, Chicago team sports are awful currently but they do have a UFC champion in Belal Muhammad.

The way the White Sox have been losing is equally disturbing as the 16-game streak.
Last night Chicago gagged on a comfortable lead by giving up three runs in the eighth inning.
Monday's loss was brutal, they had KC by the balls, up three runs in the eighth, the Witt happened.
Jr. crushes a granny, as KC comes all the way back to win.

Losers find ways to lose, winners find ways to win.

One of the first things I learned starting out betting on team sports is "don't mess with the streak"
Ride the hot streaking team, fade the team on a massive cooler.
When the Tigers started out 35-5 in 1994, I read documented reports on how some sharps made tens of thousands of dollars.
Same with Baltimore when they lost 21 consecutive in 1988.
Of course, all 'systems' are not foolproof, however there is a certain amount of truth behind that 'ride the streak' betting.

Some baseball historians say that Oriole record will never be broken, now, I'm not so sure.

                            OK, game time.
Like an eight-car pileup on the I-95, I need to watch this clusterfuck.

White Sox are next level stinky.

The good news is they're guaranteed not to lose tomorrow.

Baseball seems to have something like this every year. Where if you could just see it coming, and this was not a tough one to see, but you could have just sat back and laid the lumber every single night and just be totally fine. Once you get through game three or four you’re basically just stacking free money. Raking in the gorgonzola. And when they finally win, you count your stack and buy your mother a new house.

But if we try to do this starting tomorrow, they’ll win 5 of their next 7, then lose the next fifteen in a row while we’ve moved on to something else. That’s always my luck anyway when I try to accomplish something amazing

In a league (NHL) where virtually half the league makes the playoffs, a major market like Chicago misses the post season 6 times in ten years, and advances to round two just once in a decade.

                                                  Pathetic.
Yep - Loserville! I don't see how the Sox get to 40 wins - The bullpen is comical!

What's even funnier than the bullpen is the lineup they trotted out last night.

Check out on the right the BA, and especially the OBP.

The owner of the Cleveland Indians (Rachel Phelps) played by Margaret Whitton wanted the Indians to tank the season so she could relocate the team.

I've had to hold my nose and made a few plays on the WSox during this long losing streak (which of course lost). Something has to give at some point, but they can't hit righties at all. No speedsters, no pitching, no hitting, no discipline, terrible front office, and as far as I can tell no direction moving forward. This franchise is in a world of hurt for several more years lol.
