Jock hit him with the stick righthanded, the horse got spooked or ducked from it, switches to his left front lead leg which moves the horse over 4 feet immediately, plus moves inward more after that and the jockey is surprised and can't stay on him. Jocks don't ride with the stirrups for balance, just support. They ride on body and momentum balance and if they lose it, off they go. If the horse ducks without warning, the rider is screwed.

Can't tell there. It's too jumpy to get a read. Rare, but it happens.
