if u take a player to get 1+ hit and he gets walked on all appearances to plate is that a voided bet as he will stay at 0 AB? or differs from book to book ?

Depends if the book rules say VOID if they get zero ABs I'd think.
I'm guessing they only have to make a plate appearance though.
