not sure how this game is not under 5.5 , every player will be scared to make a error defensively , not to mention players will block every thing with there face if they have to.I just checked stats on game 7 finals and they were all low scoring i think there was 8 games

that is a stunning fact. in todays game with stats a team with a 1 or 2 goal lead causes a pull the goalie with 4 min left so id still be careful on under . but wow what a historical fact...

I didn't make a bet on this game before it started, but in my mind I favored the Oilers just because I wanted to see history be made and the looks on Florida's fans

I got home and turned it on and it was 1-1 mid 2nd period but the odds on Oilers was same -115 as Panthers so then I got greedy and looked at the live o/u

Live odds for under 4.5 was around +150

by the time I got logged in and loaded up NHL it was down to +135 so I quickly put $72 on it to win about 1 full unit and locked it in

then it was 2-1 a couple minutes later.... but I still figured I had a good shot to win if it was still 2-1 with under 10 to go 3rd period due to pressure building and Panthers probably focusing on defense to close it out instead of scoring again and it went perfectly
