Can you imagine if Strider was 100 percent healthy.
Strider/Sale/Max Fried/Morton rotation Braves would be on top of the NL, instead of chasing Philly.

Being a White Sox fan, I hope one of our own can.

BOL dan, I'm fan of this wager in spirit only.

You see the game Chris Sale just pitched?

Mind you Atlanta with Sale were a -320 road favorite in Chicago.

Sale pitches seven full innings, gives up one run on four scratch hits, striking out eleven.
              Cash money, right?

              Not so fast Captain Chalk.
Four AAA Minor League pitchers combined to throw a three-hit shutout against that potent Brave lineup beating Atlanta 1-0.

              Here.
Braves vs. White Sox (Jun 27, 2024) Box Score - ESPN

The degenerates on the Southside of Chicago that backed their homies are eating filet for a month.
Those who proclaimed Chris Sale was a mortal lock at -320, enjoy your Rameen noodles all week, it'll take you at least a month of flat betting to recover from this.

exactly why heavy faves are not worth the bet, esp in baseball. even a bad team still wins 60 games.

Exactly...the 2 heavy chalk favorites both lost yesterday in MLB coincidentally.

Looking at the probable starters tomorrow, the little birdie inside my head keeps telling me "The carnage will continue"

One of these two ridiculously priced teams will go down.

Either Nola with Philly poop the bed, or Gausman and the Dodgers lose.

Both games opened up in the -240 to -260 range

                        A twenty-dollar SFG/Mia two team parlay pays 12:1 ($240 give or take)

Well spank my ass and call me Father Christmas.

The Phillies (post #12) and Nola lose 3-2 to a punching bag (Roddery Munoz) and 30-53 Miami Marlins.
Nola was a -280 favorite on the overnight, closed a tad lower.

I'm waiting with bated breath for the SFG/LAD to begin.
Do the Giants pull off the miracle trifecta and knock off Gausman and the mighty Hollywood Dodgers?
If so, that'll be three consecutive games where three Cy Young Award winners all lost as astronomical favorites.

                                We'll know around midnight.
