To close to call Chuck. I think the advantage to capitalize would be a couple series prices.

Suns might have some value at this point.

I'll be looking at Series prices for sure. I do have my eye on a couple Win tickets.

Anyway, here is my logic and two plays I'm scouting out:
1) I won't be betting anyone from the East.
...The Celtics have had it too easy. Feel like they're inflated b/c they've been untested.
...Might take two injuries for someone to beat them in the East.
...Any OTHER Eastern team is too much of a longshot, imho.
2) A few Western teams that interest me. A lot of it comes down to seeding:
*Dall Mavs. 22/1 or higher.
...The Gafford trade was a steal. Also, I want to see that Lively is healthy again.
...Gafford/Lively are shooting a great FG%. How many alley-oop points do they steal per game?
...The 4/5 seeding is critical. If they play the Clippers, a lot harder to win if they are the road team.
*Minn Twolves. 22/1 or higher.
...Top defensive team in the league.
...They've lost four OT games. Otherwise, their record could be even better.
...1-seed could come down to the 4/10 game @Denver.

Profit can be had with some serious devotion. Time to hang the 4 calculators on the screen and 4 hours of headache type work. Explains why they cannot keep aspirin on the shelf at the local dollar tree shelf.

Yeah, Chuck here is a serious personal *note*
Last 2 years I have been in the south northeastern Arkansas area. Buying up undeveloped acreage to build a couple houses, and a couple fix and flip houses that were literally lived in junk yards but had tons potential. Every single one has now been sold except the last two that close nearing the end this month. I am going to be fully retired, maybe one more build if it comes down to it. (live in retire house). Have enough now in dividends to just live off those. So, the wife and I will be homeless, hopefully as we are in search now to rent a place centrally short term till, we find are next final forever property. Our ideal places in mind would be around hatch-nm, mohave county dolan springs-az , Cochise county near tombstone-az, kinda like the north of show low area to. The trick isn't just the house its having acreage, I never was one for neighbors. First time in 25 years as Im scared as hell Chuck. This is going to be quite the MFK-adventure. I will say this one more time and it is finished for this fella.

Veri, I think that sounds good. I think you're way ahead of most.
I love the western US. I think the NM/AZ area would be fantastic. And I hear you on the neighbors!
