i am not an SEC fan by any stretch but they might get the last laugh.

kentucky obviously was a shocker but miss st lost to mich st and izzo who is an absolute witch, and socaro lost to an oregon team that many have us felt was way underseeded at 11 due to reg season injuries but they are healthy now.

i have oregon to the elite 8 in my bracket. that is how much i believe in them.

I tried to warn some of my fellow SBR brethren on this very forum about the MWC sucking moose dong year in and year out, and how they are always overrated and overhyped, and how they usually got their asses handed to them come tournament time (sans SDST run last year) but they all laughed at me, mocked me, scoffed at me, and called me names!...

MW teams 1-13 in their last 14 NCAA games, excluding SD State. Incredible. And most were blowouts.

yup. but truth be told, just like the MWC, Nebraska was a very formidable team and cash cow at HOME! that can't be emphasized enough. However, on the road and neutral courts, they are pretty meh and mediocre at best.
