I have futures on them to win the Western Conference, I won't list them since the payouts are long gone. It's been whittled down to +240 as they've found their bearings the past couple months. They were a train wreck when they first acquired Harden but it was only a matter of time until they figured something out, there's just too much talent on the roster for them not to, and I believe in Coach Lue.

I tried this bet two or three years ago and felt like I'd picked the right horse but then Kawhi tore his ACL and my ticket went up in flames. PG13 has had his injury struggles in the past too, so I feel like Father Time might be my biggest opponent. This team has to stay healthy and keep it's legs once the postseason grind begins.

The other teams in the West don't scare me that much. The Nuggets caught the right breaks last year, doubt that happens again. Thunder are great, but too green imo and the Suns just don't have the depth to hold off LAC in a best of 7. The Lakers had my attention but they didn't make any power moves at the deadline. Who am I overlooking? The Wolves? I just don't see it.

The window is closing on the Clips. It's now or never for them to get to the big show and I'm betting on now.

    Let's Gooooo!!!

Could turn out good Eddy. Leonard has won one before so at least they have a player that's been there done that. What do you think of Sacramemento? Are they good enough or do they still fall short?

I spaced off the Kings... I mean I haven't been following things very closely, but they're more or less the same unit as last year if I'm not mistaken. I just don't know that they have the defense to make any serious noise. The Clippers have two of the best wing defenders and Fox is on the smallish side, good luck with that, especially in the postseason when refs typically let teams play more physical. The Clippers have a rotation of bigs they can throw at Sabonis if they need to with Zubac, Plumlee, and Theis, not that they're lights out defenders or anything but they're not gonna be completely exposed if left on an island down low. Kings are too much of a jump shooting team imo.

Don't you dare address them by their team mascot. Please be respectful in this thread.

Clippers are in good shape if they can stay healthy because they have figured out how to play together to get the best out of Harden/PG/KL and when one guy has an off night shooting it doesn't kill them

Denver lost a few too many pieces off the bench... starters might run out of juice in a later series in a game 6/7

i don't trust Suns at all... they don't know how to play together and they have the magical ability to play horrible 4th quarters

t-wolves are like the grizzlies of last year... they will fade away already done that a little and the right opponent will take them out in 5... maybe 6. towns will never win... he scored 60+ and they lost to bum ass team. when edwards has to pass it out in playoffs who's going to step up for them? Conley? lol

OKC if they stay healthy will lose a war in 6 or 7 games

can't believe I'm saying this but... I think the Clippers win the West. if they stay healthy.

Yeah, the Thunder kind of scare me, and they added Gordon Hayward but I'm thinking they're a year or two away. It'd be nice if someone else knocks them out before they face LAC, but I'd like to think the veteran wits and poise of the Clips would win out in late game situations over the spring chickens if push comes to shove.
