Its more about the fact this guy likes to keep his picks secret in general likely until AFTER the game is over. That's why I don't buy this information being his real bet.

And look, I don't blame him. I consider myself a SB genius, and a few close people to me would agree. I can really say that not every SB lines up to me being super confident in everything. Last year, while I had KC - I was not overly confident about it and sure enough look at how it ended! I still did really well, but I was extremely confident on TB when they played KC and I bet far more in that game.

So, smart-asses aside, Billy probably doesn't consider himself a SB master anyway, and so what if he's betting less. Professional sports bettors never claim to like every game and max bet like some retard would. Some loser mushes (thousands) could end up beating Billy this SB, does that make that mush a better capper than Billy?
