This is the worst job out there, except maybe Carolina. Dead team. Henry and Tannehill are likely gone, Tannehill always hurt anyways. Rookie QB had a couple moments, but did not look good. How long will Hopkins stay before demanding his release to play with a better team?

Plus, they are easily the worst team in the division. When this team is 1-12 next year, people will be saying how did Vrabel win 6 games and he'll be in line for another job real fast.

well speaking of which, Dave Canales just accepted the Carolina HC job!...I'm kind of shock, surprised, and stunned that all these hires are being made "so quick". what I mean by that is what about all of the hot shots from the teams left in the Championship rounds? primarily OC Ben Johnson of the Detroit Lions and Mike McDonald of the Ravens? and the other Associate OC/HC? Everything I've read and heard says those guys were supposed to be on every teams list of top priority candidates. although it does seem like my redskins may be in the drivers seat to land Ben Johnson. and I wouldn't fault them for that and would endorse that move. (considering how he resurrected Jared Goff's career)

Man, you got to start somewhere but these two jobs are the worst in NFL. Wish them both good luck but I think both will failed unless both organizations drastically change.
