thoughts?...my initial reaction was too many points again and the Packers getting disrespected. but I will need to see how banged up the 49'ers are. C-Mac is still wobbling and several starters on the defensive side as well.

Ironically so, I don't think that line is off by all that much. I'm not saying spot-on but its pretty close to where it should be. Think about the fact that the 9er's have been favored by 2 Td's or more over most teams at home during regular season. And really, I know the Panthers were awful this year, but most NFL teams are only a fraction better than the next. So, take a bottom-dweller outside Panthers and its all so close. Even the Panthers were getting a lot of respect at the end of the season. They were like 2-4 point home dogs against some good to decent teams.

      I like the chalk here.

SF comes in well rested, will not take GB for granted which Dallas clearly did.
Dallas thought they could just show up and sleepwalk to a win.

SF schemes on offense is much more complicated with all that motion they do.
Aiyuk, Deebo, and Kittle at WR and TE are too much to handle, and CMC the best running back in the business, who gets about six targets a game out of the backfield they're pretty much playing with four pass catchers per down.

SF's defense is more than capable.

I'm laying the wood in this game, feeling here is GB will be getting a lot of love.

      Niners by 17.

What's the total in this game? I lean S.F. at first blush but I'm also of the opinion that this Packer offense has seriously turned a corner and they are dangerous now that they're healthy. Watson and Reed didn't even really get involved today and they still were hotter than a pistol, despite shutting it down in the 2nd half. If the Niners are vulnerable anywhere it's the secondary. I don't, however, believe that the Packers will have nearly as much success on the ground against S.F. as they did today. The DAL run D was atrocious.
