Staley is a defensive coach and the Chargers D has been pathetic and has regressed each year under his watch.

Look at the last few head coaches the Chargers have had...Mike McCoy, Anthony Lynn, Staley...all awful, the Spanos family is a complete joke the way they run the organization. I'm enjoying watching the car crash as they deserve all the bad things that happen to them.

The Spanos family has never put money into a good head coach. The only ones worth a shit the past few decades were Marty Schottenheimer and Bobby Ross. Other than those two it has been beyond awful with Kevin Gilbride, Mike riley, Norv Turner, Mike McCoy, Anthony Lynn and Staley.

I agree with you though, I think Harbaugh could get them on the right track but do not think they will back up the Brinks truck for him or give him all the power her wants.
