That's just one opinion. That's fair.

Flip side would be:
*How much can the Patriot lines be adjusted?
*Steelers will struggle to win by margin of 7+ versus any opponent. And that's with ANY qb on their roster.

Great call, Dan. EZ to say now but one had to wonder:

1) How bad can the Patriots be? It's hard to get virtually shut out on a weekly basis.
2) Pittsburgh's stat have been a misnomer in almost each game. Would that catch up to them?

Will make one more point about NFL in December:

*I think people put too much weight on Must Win situations for playoff qualification.
...When you get to these games, a bigger motivation (sometimes) = guys playing for jobs. The Patriot players have to know that jobs are on the line. If a guy plays well and it shows up on tape, either the Patriots or another team will take note of that.

I understand what you are saying but disagree. The individual player never gives up. Contract incentives, new contract, etc. They ALL ALWAYS want to win.
