He will likely quit after this season, sit a year, then get a better job. Not saying he deserves it, but somehow people think he's a very good coach. Average at best, IMO.

Vrabel is a very good DC, he is what he is, a defensive specialist that's not really HC material, he's pretty much clueless on how the offenses should be run in the 2020's

That's because its run Henry on 1st and 2nd down with a play-action pass trickled in now and again. They also let AJ Brown go which doesn't help. Not a wise move. The passing game lacks big time with a QB that is not fleet-footed to say the least.
