If i was the skipper i'd pull him after light hitting Perdomo goes yard....they had a red hot starter in the wings and they never used the guy once in the series. I lost 1000 on this series bet - betting these F UPs and i cannot believe made this play in hindsight. I know Betts is a loser and Roberts is a brain dead p ussy but still thought they'd roll through the Snakes.

They won a 100 games in the regular season and hit the playoffs and get swept by team that wasn't that good immediately. Speechless! Frigg'n Dodgers.

I always like Melvin, but I'm a former catcher myself so I'm biased.

I personally think John Sherman did Dayton Moore wrong, he gave Moore 28 dollars (that's hyperbole of course) to work with and told Moore "here you go, now get me a playoff contender"

At least he kept Picollo who Moore groomed for years.

agree roberts should go. great regular season manager but awful postseasons

leaving lynn in was almost criminal. guys were teeing off on him and he had a rested pen. it was plain obvious he had nothing but lollipops

same with the orioles and kremer. after lowe 15 pitches and a line drive it was obvious

these managers get paid millions to make good decisions

No Urias. No Dustin May. No Gonsolin? Even so not sure even that would be enough but Miller in game 2 a rookie? Then Lynn in game 3? Lynn struggled all year a once very solid good pitcher.

Astros still loaded. Abreu and Yordan bash brothers. Rest of lineup Tucker Bergman Altuve and still enough starting pitching solid as can be. Almost like the Yankees of today in many ways.

Agree jibber. Bullpen very good this year too for them. Lacked starting pitching and freeman and betts played like Ruth and Gehrig all year but the lineup lacked in several spots.
