Absolutely the craziest dealer mistake or scam I've seen in a casino

Weird story to stumble across here. The same exact thing happened to me in the pit at Caesars AC about 25 years ago. Doubled down on a $1000 hand and I don’t remember the cards but I lost and the dealer paid me. I looked around and no one said anything. Played two more hands and left. Was waiting at valet for my car and thought for sure security was going to walk out any second. Nothing. Side note to the story, Rosemary Homeister the jockey and Jose Ferrer were at the next table playing also.

At least you walked out with it. This guy lost it all on that table and was losing even more on the other table when I left the casino floor.

The way he was betting, a small run would probably allow him to get his losses back.

Perhaps he got his money back but not very likely as both tables were running pretty bad.

Now, I've seen it all.

I was playing LIVE Baccarat at DraftKings casino on-line.

Player had Ace 10 for 1 and Banker had Ace 5 for 6.

The dealer pulls a card out which was 9 and puts it on the Banker side and says Banker wins 5 to 1.

Are you serious???

The outcome did NOT matter as the Banker would have pulled only if the Player draw was 6 or 7.

If she placed the 9 on the Player side which is the correct dealing, it's a FAT ZERO for the Player and it's the Banker win as the Banker doesn't have to pull.

But come on, that's an incredibly stupid mistake and they didn't correct it since the outcome did not matter.

From now on, I will have to get a camera ready recording when I play LIVE on-line. That mistake is just hilarious.

Damn, I'm beginning to wonder if LIVE Baccarat at DraftKings is AI generated, which is a VERY BAD THING because they can control the outcome towards the side that's less bet.

Multiple times, when the Player has under 6 total and the Banker has 3 total, the dealer says double draw and pulls two cards out and simultaneously puts them out on both Player and Banker sides.

That is NOT the correct dealing for Baccarat.

In the case of above, the Player has to draw first and ONLY when it's NOT 8, the Banker draws. On the draw of 8 for the Player, the Banker stands whether it wins or not.

What's up with this DOUBLE DRAW bullshit with DK?

I don't know if they have their own Baccarat rule or not, but I need to look it up.

I looked it up and DK has the correct game rules posted on their website, so they are doing something seriously wrong when dealing Live with the Banker's 3.

Anyone who plays the game of Baccarat frequently should know the rule about Banker's 3 draw or not.

What doesn't make sense is that the Live dealers seem to already know what the next two cards are that's coming out. How is that even possible when the cards are hand shuffled which we can see happening right behind the dealer. But lately, it's machine shuffled and they stopped hand shuffling anymore.

It's very possible that these are RF cards and therefore they already know what all of the cards are in the shoe after the shuffle and if that's the case then I don't have any issue with it as to whether they are scamming or not with the AI technology.

Yes, even in that rule, it clearly shows that on Banker's 3 with Player less than 6, if the Player draws 8, the Banker stands. Anything else Player draws, the Banker draws as well.

I don't know what's up with the dealer taking two cards out and putting them out on the both sides simulataneously when they aren't supposed to.

I may have to record it sometime and put it up so you can see what I'm talking about.

I swear, ever since the card shuffling machines came about reading cards, players' odds of winning have shrunk for sure.

With the AI technology, who the heck knows what's rigged or not even with the Live games.

It will be crazy if NFL came out with AI generated games which we can't tell if it's real or not as it's very possible.

Half way down on that link, below is what it shows and that's the correct dealing for Baccarat.

So, DK doesn't have their own alternative baccarat game based on that game rule.

Way back in 2005, I saw this really young kid who couldn't be any older than 21 years old clear the chip rack of a blackjack table 3 TIMES at Hilton. He took out all of the $1K, $500, $100, and $25 chips and they had to pause the game twice to re-fill the rack.

He was playing 3 hands of table max bet of $3,000.

His girlfriend was sitting right next to him and he pushed at least $180,000+ worth of organge chips to her and said something like no matter what happens, don't give them back.

Well, she wasn't smart enough to pack the chips and walk away from the table and disappear.

He was extremely intoxicated and when he started losing pretty badly, he started to take the chips back from her and proceeded to lose it all.

My wife and I will never forget what we saw that night and we still talk about it sometimes that she should have just taken the chips and disappeared.

About 1/2 hour ago at Borgata, I saw another player who also cleared the rack and they stopped the game to refill the rack.

With him though, when the fill came, he colored up and took about 20 Greys ($5K each) and left.

There were only about 6 x $100 black chips left in the rack along with $5's, $2.50's, and $1.00's.

The player kept on telling the pit boss that he wanted to continue the game to take out the rest of the black chips and the pit boss said he needed to wait for the rack to be filled because they didn't have enough to pay him. So, he says to the pit boss, just write down what I won and pay me when the rack is filled again. Yeah right. LOL
