Wow! I get not backing Colorado as there's a lot of hype with it. But, damn, to put money on Nebraska knowing they are a horrible team was not worth it. I picked Col not because I was impressed by them but knowing how bad Neb is and will continue to be a horrible team.

A lot of the sharps try to bet using models/software/trends/value lines etc..where the average public like me looks at the players each team has and bets for the best team to win. Gambling will be much simpler if people study the teams/players/coaches instead of trying to predict what a line movement means.

but that's no excuse, Eddy...not with the transfer portal availability! you can reload and rebuild almost instantly. I mean look at Deion Sanders and Colorado!...Exhibit A! basically got rid of all last year's roster, started from scratch, brought in his own coaches, recruits, transfers, etc. and Colorado now looks a viable football team that can possibly compete for the Pac-12 title this year.

Yeah, but not everyone is gonna have the instant pull with kids the way that Deion does... Nebraska is still a tough place to recruit to. Gotta at least give Rhule a full offseason. And I'm not ready to crown Colorado yet either. I believe they're gonna have their hands full in conference play, probably a .500 team at best.
