Its such a slow process. Each and every muscle in my body has to be retrained again. I took 5 jogging steps the other day , and I can jump off the ground a bit ( did 20 straight skipping jumps , mimicking a jump rope ). My Mom turned 90 today and my daughters, nieces etc , all posted old family pics throughout the years. Nice to get those reminders about what really matters in this short time we have here. Feeling blessed and getting better every day

England FA Cup : Blackpool vs Nottingham Fst. : 2:45pm

These two are playing a reverse fixture thanks to a 2 - 2 draw in Nottingham Jan 7th. Blackpool stormed to a 2 - 0 early lead in that game , but played on their heels throughout. Have you been looking at the Africa Cup of Nations? Has been draw heavy which is pretty typical. 4 of 9 matches draws if you exclude 2 matches with draw higher than +400. First match today was +450 so I passed, but I am on Congo - Zambia at +190.

I had Morocco 1st half with Blackpool / Nottingham O2.5 parlay today. A lot of games are coin tosses and you may be smart playing the draws at + $$$$
