De Bryune isn't playing. Halland's status is questionable.
Plus Everton ML has moved from +490 to +430 at Bookmaker.

De Bruyne has been out for months. He has been injured off and on for the past 2 seasons. His level of play over that period , World Cup included , has been sub par by his old standards. With Foden and Silva, Gundogen and Grealish, his absence means little. Haaland has been out for 2 league games , a meaningless Ch League game and the 2 W.Club games. As of yesterday his status was upgraded to Questionable. That is the extent of their injuries , which is the healthiest it has been for months. If the masses are backing Everton and the line has moved downward , all the more reason for me to pass or back City at decent odds. High winds ( 37km per hour ) across England today
