Sign in issue HELP

I have sent messages to Optional and SBR Forum so hopefully someone can figure this out.

You're not the only 1. It's been going on for a few days. Try altering your VPN IP back to where you were last able to sign in. You may find you are still logged in with that IP. My best guess is the sign out is playing up and not clearing your account even though you signed out.

Thanks for the heads up. I don't know what happened but I finally received all of the password reset request emails that I asked for yesterday and today from the contests page. So I used the most recent link sent to me with the temporary password and logged in to SBR then immediately changed my password to a custom one. Then I went back into contests and was able to login with my new password. Earlier this morning when I changed my password without the reset link, by just going to my SBR profile, that new password would not work on the contests login page. What a headache this was. Now I dont know how to claim my prize but I did successfully login. Hopefully that is all I had to do.

I'm having log in issues as well. I sent Optional a PM about it. Apparently it's some kind of glitch on SBR's end as a few others are having problems as well. I was going to make a thread about it but you beat me to the punch. Having said that, I don't have any issues logging in from any SBR thread. only from the main page on the far right tab.

It's hit and miss. There are also issues with signing out - 502 & 504 error messages.

It just happened again for me. Unable to login from my PC. It says password is incorrect. I had to login through my phone but even then it did not accept my password until it sent me to the login on the forum side of the site not the contest side. This is crazy.

yup me too user name or password is incorrect and it's saved automatically so got new pssword changed e mail then verified e mail change

omg gain after chaning pss word nd e mail just now USER NAME OR PASSWORD INCOORECT sent to have e mail sent nope didnt get it went back to where i got link in e mail tried to register new account ......nope already exist so i cliked that link and said your already approved

now im in lets go tech team this is goofy so hard logging in on new fire fox browser mybe use the microsoft edge browser

For anyone looking in for help with signing in I recommend trying to reply to a post on any thread whilst not signed in. This will redirect you to an old log-in page and there seem to be fewer problems signing in from there.

It works for signing into this forum side but we are unable to signin to the contests page. The only way to login to this forum side is to use the login tab at the bottom of this page. Nothing on the contest page works for now.

Couldn't log in today at all. Was forced to change password... only way I was able to log in. Weird.

This wasn't for the contest page. This was for typical forum use.
