I'm big on Mack Gore myself, he has the potential to be the next big thing, but he's not ready for prime time yet.
He's still a kid, and he's been getting hammered all year.

I just put the game on and noticed Gore was yanked in the second inning with no score yet.

I think he had a solid outing against the
Padres and they won’t bring the starter back out after a rain delay in most cases.

Yeah, I figured as much, l I'm late to the party and I noticed Cinci brought back Williamson so I wasn't sure.

I watched that SD game, he was pretty sharp, but that was sandwiched between two stink jobs vs. Philly and the Cards.

I've been following the kid, tie's got electrifying strikeout stuff, strikes out 12/per 9, but he also walks 4/per 9 and gives up a startling 1.4 dingers per game, all the National starters cough up way too many gopher balls.

There's a reason why he's never seen the seventh inning, he uses entirely too many pitches either walking or staking out hitters, and that high BB/HRA ratio is just a disaster waiting to happen.

He'll figure it out, he's got a real live lefty arm, but until he learns to be a lot more efficient with his pitches he's going to be a five and fly boy.

Several times over the years I'd notice he'd post a big baseball pick and moments later it'd been rained out or the game Would start and it would be in rain delay shortly after. I thought what the hell is this guy not even looking at the weather reports?
