City have lost to worse teams this year so anything can happen but hard to bet against them plus Regulation line is low enough for a play.

City havent lost in 23 straight ( 19 wins 4 draws ). Not sure there are many losses to worse teams , but they have certainly thrashed better teams ( Real Madrid being one of them ).
