I agree with K13 on this... it's typically automatic to be -1200 or more up 3-0 in a series in hockey. It's only -900 at BO.

Well... here it is... just clicked DK and it's -1200. Ouch.

The last team to overcome a 3 - 0 deficit was The Toronto Maple Leafs in 1942. It was against Detroit and they went on to win the Cup

I will admit the line surprises me based on the fact Fla beat the Bruins and Toronto beat TB. Sort of seems like a wash on all that so being up 3-0 Fla should be more. Another reason is Toronto has only lost each game by 1 or 2 goals and the game at 2 goals was there an EN goal? Its not like Fla is blowing them out or dominating them.

brah - Fla is an 8 seed. Boston scored 135 points and broke records. Toronto has about the same points as Carolina or New Jersey. Wonder what the line would've been if Boston was down 3-1 to Florida?

It makes sense though historically because hockey has always been known to have the least amount of talent difference compared to any other sport. For example, a few 8 seeds have won the cup in the last 20 years or whatever. Hockey is known to have the most upsets in my opinion and it really can happen any playoff series. I did not know that Wash was favored like that in that series. I can't blame them for the adjustment.
