Just an observation from a fan...Padres are way too inconsistent and have had too many games scoring 0-2 runs so far.

Until the offense shows some prolonged life, fading them as big chalk seems like a +EV proposition.

Chico, hope all is well bud...this Padres team is beyond frustrating so far. It's feast or famine, they have had maybe 5-10 games where they scored a lot of runs and the rest have mostly been pathetic. They do not have a single player that is clutch with runners in scoring position(except maybe Bogaerts) or that does the little things needed to win close games(moving runners over, getting men home from 3rd with less than 2 outs etc).
