While I do like the "new" SBR, with way more quality posters posting legit content, wayyyyy more (and maybe this was the plan all along?) - part of me misses the TT's of the world. Some of the comments in those threads I still laugh about, years later.

The more posts, thread starts and views can draw more attention and sponsor money on a sports forum I guess? So you pay professionals to post daily to increase look in volume.

I can't think of any other reason then that but what do I know about the development and success of a sports betting forum? I invest in real estate that's what I know.

There are no sweet spots in RE right now, it's a waiting game at this point IMO.

All the rich people I know that typically invest in real estate are now putting their liquid money in secure 6 to 12 month CD's at around 4.5%.

jjgold ghost accounts are embarrassing simple to discover. Posts with four or less letters per word is undoubtedly a jjgold ghost account.
