I don't think "will there be a" changes the bet? Fair catch should count.

Dizzy twat I called at MGM didn't know wtf a punt was. They will get back to me within 48hrs.

'downed' strictly means a defender touching it, so a fair catch wouldn't/shouldn't be included. those odds sucked at +250 either way. the amount of punts were going to be limited, especially inside the 50.
