To win coin toss and win the game

Can someone explain this bet to me?
I seem to be misunderstanding how this bet works because they seem to have both teams to win the coin toss and win the game? Both teams don’t get to call the coin toss so what constitutes winning the coin toss? I’m not understanding because can’t I just bet both sides for a gtd win?

Eagles to win coin toss and win game +250
Chiefs to win coin toss and win game +300

The team that chooses to Receive or defer is the team that wins the coin toss

becuz its just a cointoss. a luck of the draw, which has barely any outcome on the game
maybe thats why its factored into the ~ +300 prop plays.

Yeah… I think there are 4 possible outcomes here. Team a calls toss and wins and then has to win. If they lose the toss you lost the bet where they win toss and win game before they even played the game. Team B needs team A to lose the toss so you win the toss and then go on to win the game.
