Getting points will cost them the most. They won't make any extra money in the extra tournaments. Giving them multiple years will really hurt them.

it would be embarrassing if they win the title and get punishment next year...

should be done asap but will probably take 1-2 yrs

115 charges is a lot, has to be relegation if majority are true
