This is not brilliant and not really accurate. Look at it backwards. Yeah, the winning team outrushed the opponent. But why? Answer is because the winning team often has a lead and that leads to running the ball late to protect the lead. I'd rather look at 1st half rushing yards. Did they outrush the opponent in the 1st half?
