Oh and the sprinklers are running on timers, homeowners don't know how to turn on and off those timers when it rains hard, only the illegal gardeners that they hire do, they only come out once a week. Timer instructions are always written in Spanish. Gardeners won't come out and garden in the rain.

I rage and break out the green matching spray paint can.

Actually my neighbors with their dogs are very respectful of my fake lawn and I have a little 2 foot barrier wall blocking it off from the sidewalk. It deters dogs from jumping over and peeing on the turf and turning it different colors. No problems with that yet!

I don't think the pee turns the turf different colors in all honesty. They make this stuff extremely durable and long lasting. Hard to bleach different colors in other words. Shit and dog pee I don't think will do it.
