Home Field throughout or 1st round bye? Which would you choose?

tough call probably the bye. Maybe the neutral site is the best call. glad NFL not pushing back the playoffs 1 week.

*The 4/5 host should be based on Straight-up Record (not Division winner).

I'm OK w/ no Tie-breaker for this. IE, if records are even, Host = Division winner.

horrible if you take a home AFCCG away from a team

a conference championship game win for the home team is amazing... after the game the whole city/area everyone is pumped to the max the energy you feel is amazing

prob just as good as super bowl because so many corporate people are there and celebs and the atmosphere from the crowd isn't close to a home team trying to win their conference

I really think the Buf/CIN game will be abandoned. They shouldn't mess w/ the Bye vs Seeding.

In some ways, it will work out as being fair:

1) Kan City still has to earn the 1-seed on the field. If they don't win at Raiders, they won't lock up the 1-seed.
2) Buffalo won't lose at CINCY. They might not get the 1, but they won't slip to 3.
3) Cincy locks up the Division, which they might have lost.

In a roundabout way, it's fair.

Yep they wanna see what they got in ritter too. Especially against a top def like the bucs even if it doesn't have all the starters.
