Coinbase , help needed! Transactions delayed.

Eventually they got some email help and CB manually updated the ID check.

Sounded like an automatic flag that needs to be cleared.

I haven’t changed anything I’ve been doing with them. Everything is the same. It has to be a glitch and I can’t be the only one this is happening with.

Travelling to different countries and accessing them could be a reason for the flag possibly.

would make sense if they see the diff IP's. i can't blame them but their CS is very difficult.

I spent an hour on live chat and it got me absolutely nowhere. They kept on saying it was for my own protection etc etc. I explained it has never happened, I already have the two way authentication on. They said there is no way they can fix that for me. This is unreal.

I am constantly on the go but I have been for years and it has never been a problem. I often do Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand in 5-6 days 4-5 times a year, I am always on the go and always have been sending, receiving, with coinbase without an issue. This is a huge frustration now because. I never ever carry any ID with me. I have my passport when I travel of course but always at the hotel.. I don't want to have to take pictures every time now.
