It was for a freeplay. I think 90% of the Thursday games are under and no one ever wins by 3 TDs. I'm pretty sure it was a bad bet but I usually don't shop for best lines on bets for freeplays.

early line would be a cowboys win. then the later line could be a push or titans win depending if people bought some points, esp at domestic books. always dangerous when around 14 for the books.
