I would argue that some work ethics are better from home because you eliminate the dumb shit you have to do on a day to day in the office. No commute, no listening to Tammy talk about her idiot kids birthday party, no birthday celebrations in the office kitchen every week for some dumb employee, no happy hours with employees you dislike, I could go on and on….
The only people that didn’t know how to execute a remote work environment for clients and co workers for a white collar job were older people because of their refusal to adjust.
