I'd laugh if he skipped town and ended up in some Country with no extradition treaty.

He certainly has the stashed cash to do just that to avoid jail time. Can't believe the judge awarded him bail, he's such a flight risk!

I don't care how much the bail was either, he obviously paid it off and is out now off other investors money he stole.

That judge should be brought up on charges for this!

The guy has to move back in with his parents. Depending on how they are, they could be more painful than jail and/or the $250 million bail. Even if he ghosted thats a pretty nice chunk of change that gets collected from him. If he flees to another country Biden can just trade another truly horrible person for him to satisfy the twitter uproar.
