Cruyff being the left wing leaning guy he was NEVER went to Argentina. They could have used him in that final. Love seeing Mario Kempes. Guy still looks vibrant . Was a truly great striker. Argentina will escape that IMO

Yes, they've played very well.

I'm a little surprised by the betting action on Eng/Fra. People betting ENG. It's now priced to almost a toss-up game.

Anyone have insights on that? Sharp $$? Only thing I'll say is that ENG often gets bet up by the Brits...b/c they think it's time.

Pretty straight-forward reasoning. In a game that figures to be open with goals, I'll take the skilled team against a defense that has picked up knocks over the course of the tournament.

The Semifinal was pretty telling. One defender was on the team-sheet but couldn't go. A second Defender (Saiss) tried but struggled and had to be lifted at 30min.

Those guys gave it their all and had nothing left. I'd be very surprised if they played in an "exhibition" match. Morocco look spent to me.
