This game coule be a pickem and the low miami line rose, but clearly went too far. The books can control that movement and may have take it too far to balance the action or may be trying to take a position on top of the early action on miami. It's one of the situations I don't bring up often, but it involves taking a position AFTER you've established a certain handle and not taking that position from the get go.
