    Soccer's redeeming value, "NO COMMERCIALS"
    So many sports are a commercial fest. Mind numbing Madison Ave wares displayed. I'm mean there is halftime breaks & sometimes the action can be slow when teams get into a defensive posture, but at the World Cup level the drama should be kind to the eye. For the past 24 years or so I do enjoy World Cup month. Also I sort of like early morning action. Good Luck comrades!

      The sponsors know it. This is why you have to pay a lot of money to be a sponsor as you are exclusive for that product. Soccer will never have in game commercials.

                  Really ? Did you do a poll across the country ?

                  Its the # 1 sport for youth in America today ( also #1 worldwide ). Of course the cost for parents plays a big part in that , but its a fact.

                      If the USA can have a soccer breakthrough this is their opportunity. Yes, yes, yes, I know football, basketball & baseball rule, but if the USA make it to the knock out stage, they will have many eyes on them.
