I land tomorrow at 10:45 EST, gonna drop my stuff at Tropicana then head over to Caesars for the day. How long can I expect to wait in line pre kickoff tomorrow at Caesars to get a bet in? I probably wont get there until maybe 30 minutes before kick off. Thanks!

Usually 10 minutes on a Sunday. The parlay guys are what kills the line. They don’t call out numbers and are scratching their ass and grunting while barely knowing team names. Playing their long shot shit all day.
They will have a full staff on Sunday and also kiosks on both sides and throughout the property. I go direct to kiosk. Pretty quiet weekend here. Cold by Vegas standards. Maybe Sunday it picks up with early convention goers?! Not sure. The issue with the kiosk is you may be limited on how much you can bet. Should be smooth sailing otherwise.Comment -

If you're running short on time stop at Planet Hollywood. It's a Caesar's property on the same side of the strip as Tropicana and much closer. At least 10 minutes less via Uber, etc. and probably a less busy sports book. Get your tickets then head to Caesar's to watch the games.
You could also jump across the street to MGM and catch the monorail up to Bally's, Flamingo, Harrah's or Linq to make bets. Linq would be closest to Caesar's but I'm not sure about their book.Comment -

It has been years since I've been to Vegas, but back when I lived there if you got to the window an hour before kickoff you would be good for sure. If you're running short on time take mtofell's advice and go to a closer property. PHo is the closest caesars' book to the trop. Trop is CG gaming and there are MGM books all around you.
Caesars' used to always shade NFL totals up half a point so they were a good out for unders, but it was worth shopping elsewhere for overs.

reasons NOT to do the app
1) possible w-2g showing taxable winnings if you win
2) first bet on the app should be the $1250 risk-free bet... if you get the app and don't do this, you're essentially throwing away a one-time chance
3) even if you're not staying at caesar's, there are tons of other books ON THE SAME STREET
4) drink tickets
5) pain in the ass to set up the app, and might have to wait a couple days to cash out at the cage, by then he might be gone
but i'm sure you know all this
