I see this series largely as a repeat of the past two the strohs were in....... better team over the season gets cut down by red hot wild card team; phillies in six......

I took the Phillies at plus 155 for the first game.

The total was at 6.5 and I took the over also. It remains to be seen if the Philly bats stay hot.

No matter who is pitching, the balls and strikes caller will have to be consistent. I've seen a strike 3 called on a terrible pitch which may have stopped a rally for San Diego.

Thunder storms for Houston tomorrow. Brutal how there's not an enclosed stadium in Texas and Penn. where the home teams can play and keep their fans.

i doubt theres many that catch it but why- after every inning is over - do they play snippets of grateful dead music as they go to the commercials ?- they do occassionally play a few other things - but mostly grateful dead - just now as i was typing this it was stones

Just heard Jerry Lee Lewis. I remember earlier in the game hearing something and thinking it was an odd choice but it wasn't the dead.
