I’ve made hundreds of deposits there in the past and enjoyed the site. Since the dos attack, it’s been horrible though. You goto make a deposit and weird error message pops up saying deposit failed limits exceeded (which is crap) and no funds are credited. Then you take a look at your bank and see you’ve still been charged by their processor. Has legit happened 5x to me since the attack. Final one was this morning after I had waited a week to see if things had been fixed and it’s more of the same. My own fault today after dealing with last weeks nightmare. Not a safe site to use until they fix their processors / security. The customer reps basically saying suck it up it’ll be returned to your bank in 10 days Puts salt in the wounds. You’ve been warned. I’ll report back if I find out they’ve fixed their system .
