The sportsbooks have no reason to trade UCLA as a 7.5-point underdog because they are already attracting more money than Oregon as a 6-point underdog. Thus, I am inclined to back Oregon as a 6-point favorite."

Prescott's expected return from injury should rejuvenate a Dallas team that finally suffered a loss, to the Philadelphia Eagles, with backup QB Cooper Rush at the helm in Week 6. Meanwhile, Detroit is likely to need much more than a one-week break to address the issues that emerged in its 29-0 loss to the undermanned New England Patriots last time out. The No. 6 defense by overall DVOA isn't who you'd want to face off of a shutout."
Sean Tomlinson (1-5-0): Green Bay Packers -5 (-104) vs Washington Commanders
"I'm desperate for a win. Logically then, I'm turning to the spiraling Green Bay Packers. The Packers have burned anyone who dares to trust them recently, only narrowly beating the Bailey Zappe-led Patriots before losing to the Giants and Jets. But the Patriots field a quality defense, and there's at least some youthful talent on the Giants and Jets, especially the latter. Now Green Bay faces a Commanders team that's turning to its backup quarterback. Washington has dropped four of its last five games while averaging just 14.8 points."
