Just as sure as there is length, width, and height, there is time.

We live in 4 dimensions.

Humans measure time by how many times the Earth spins and what part of the rotation the Earth is in according to the sun . Once you leave Earth I don't think there is time.we also measure time by how we die. I think the universe is timeless

No, this is not correct.

Time has nothing to do with the earth. It can measured a ton of ways. Waterclocks, quartz clocks, sundials, mechanical clocks, etc.

We could use an atomic clock and take it to space.

We could put a sundial on mars and form a different than earth measurement there.

Now, it is true that time for someone, or something, in space is going to tick differently for time for someone or something on earth. Again, this has to do with other space-time properties like gravity.

For example, time for GPS satellites does not move at the same rate as time for our gps device on earth. They must take the time in the GPS's clock and apply equations from Einstein to then adjust the time correctly based on the speed and distance from the earth before it can synch with the clocks on earth.

That GPS example, understand, starts with the clocks synched on the ground. They can tell the same time, and run the same exact speed.

But once we take the satellite up to space, time itself ticks differently for that satellite than it did when it was on the ground.

Einstein figured this out, even though we hadn't even been to space yet, and we can measure it. We use, basically, his equations to sync the clocks back up.

Time is everywhere and it is connected to and inseparable from space. There is no such thing as just space or just time; there is spacetime and it permeates the entire universe.
