Exactly man. You have to tackle the quarterback without them hitting the ground. Makes no sense at all! Make it two hand touch then. Basically a quarterback can never fumble because it will be roughing the passer. Since the fumble most likely will involve him hitting the ground. They have to tackle the quarterback while standing up but can't touch him on the way down. Like it's so bullshit!

Look at the replay. The defender put his left hand out to stop his fall, so that his full body weight didn't land on him. But who gives a shit, you may fall on a guy with all your weight sometimes.
