Someone had a sense of humour. There are good value VPN choices out there and multiple companies tend to offer their best deals from mid-October through to the end of the year. If you only need IPs for the US, (and/or Japan and the Netherlands), I would recommend ProtonVPN, which is FREE if you sign up for free protonmail first. It's great if you want to watch an NFL game that is on FOX because the FOX station you get is determined by your IP address.
