best thing i did is stop wagering big (for me). only time i went against this was serena a couple of weeks ago but still was not huge. i can absorb loses and not get depressed. i can win and i am happy and then have some extra money.

when i was younger i was chasing big dreams and it always went to shit. i had to pawn gold to replenish my bank account. once i had to do that i realized i had an issue.
