Hey I agree with you, guy seems to be scared to air it out and never throws it down the middle, all teams eventually going to just sell out to stop the run and see if Mitch can do anything

start pickett. worst case the offense sucks like now. best case you have a stud who carries the team to a surprising season. prob have something in the middle but at least he can air out and also learn the NFL. i feel like tomlin does not trust him though.

Coach already said Trubisky will start against the Jets. There is no way he will start in Buffalo in 2 weeks. So that means he will be starter for a few weeks to come. Steelers schedule:

FYI Mitch has an Akron, OH (my hometown) connection. His parents attended Akron University. They were already dating so they opted to go to a bar other then the meat markets. There was this Bar&Grill they chose that ran one of the biggest gambling games everyone from lawyers and doctors down to the grunts of the town participated. Ya picked every game with 1/2 pts. hung on all lines. Ya had weekly winners and a yearly winner. At season's end we all went to a hotel conference room can't remember if it was Superbowl or Championships and gambled on all things together. Good times!! Name of the Bar&Grill Mitch's.

Mitch was not a complete bust. He took a mediocre Bears team to playoffs and won a game and played in a NFC championship game. I think? They had a good record that year. I'm a Raider fan. Jamarcus was a lazy fook! I thought Ryan Leaf was going to set the NFL on fire. Was surprised he was that bad.

He 100 percent blew the game. But his coaches are just awful.

Up 20-17, in FG range, they botch the snap and lose 5 yards. Instead of pounding the run the next play, which the Jets were not stopping, they drop him back to throw. The Jets were getting a pash rush all day, they rush him, he panics because he doesn't want to take the sack and tries to throw it away and gets picked.

He is a bust. And here is why I say that, bears were sitting with the third overall pick. then their gm (who was fired) traded 4 picks to move up one spot to take that one year collegiate starter.
Trubisky was taken overall #2 and bears traded their first rounder, second, third and fourth rounder to move up one spot
